They are all people prominent in the past or present day Fifield!

This "Slices of Life" collection represents pictures gathered by me (Douglas Severt), either from personal photo albums, scrap books, school yearbooks or photos and reproductions gathered by Leona Krucky for another photo project for Fifield.  Quality of some photos is not the best, but they represent the only depiction of an event or person that I have access to, so I’ve included them.   Old photographs like memories do become fuzzy over time, but they are still enjoyable to review from time to time. 

Printed pictures only represent “thumbnail” pictures (small versions of the original).  Pictures on the accompanying CD-ROM are of the highest resolution achievable considering the source material.  The CD-ROM also contains the Descriptions and Index in Microsoft Word documents.  Most of the pictures are in grayscale, however some are in color, even though the thumbnail is printed in grayscale. 

This album is an ongoing project and I’m constantly adding to it.  If you would like to contribute to this project, I would appreciate any help either from photograph contributions to corrections to the descriptions and index.  Photographs or other memorabilia sent to me will be scanned and promptly returned.
